Process

Our work is structured to integrate seamlessly with existing teams, contracts, and procurement frameworks. Engagements are clearly defined, role-appropriate, and aligned with the owner’s decision-making structure from the outset.

1. Initial Consultation & Fit Assessment

Each engagement begins with an initial consultation to understand project goals, constraints, delivery method, and risk exposure. This conversation focuses on identifying where independent representation will add value and where it will not.

If a project is not a good fit for our services, that determination is made early.

2. Scope Definition & Engagement Structure

We define a clear scope of services tailored to the project phase and complexity. Engagements may be advisory, phase-based, or ongoing, with defined deliverables and communication protocols.

This step ensures alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes before work begins.

3. Active Oversight & Advisory Support

Once engaged, we provide owner-aligned oversight focused on coordination, documentation integrity, and early issue identification. Depending on scope, this may include review of schedules, cost exposure, change events, procedural compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Our involvement is deliberate and proportional—remaining engaged where it adds value and intervening when projects begin to drift.

4. Issue Resolution & Risk Management

When challenges arise, we support owners through structured analysis and resolution planning. Our role is to help evaluate options, mitigate downstream impacts, and maintain alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements while preserving project continuity.

5. Close-Out & Transition

As projects reach completion or transition points, we support close-out activities to ensure documentation, approvals, and deliverables are properly aligned. Engagements may conclude at project completion or transition to advisory support as needed.
