  • Sevin Enterprises was formed in response to years of firsthand experience in residential construction and project management that began in Buffalo, New York in 2021. Across projects of varying scale and complexity, we observed a consistent gap: owners were being asked to manage increasingly complex scopes—often shaped by regulatory requirements, incentive programs, or sustainability goals—without independent representation.

    While projects can and do move forward without an owner’s representative, the absence of structured oversight frequently led to avoidable delays, misaligned documentation, and compounding risk. Sevin Enterprises was created to provide owner-aligned oversight that brings clarity, discipline, and continuity to projects where the margin for error is small.

Morgan Williams is a Principal at Sevin Enterprises, providing owner-aligned representation and advisory services for complex residential construction projects. She brings over a decade of experience in residential construction and project management, including hands-on field work and formal training in construction management, which informs her ability to anticipate risk and guide projects through critical decisions.

Her work focuses on protecting owners’ interests throughout the project lifecycle—particularly where scope, documentation, incentives, and execution intersect. Morgan advises on contractor coordination, cost and schedule exposure, and procedural compliance, with experience supporting projects that include sustainability-driven scopes and incentive requirements. Her approach emphasizes disciplined oversight, early issue identification, and practical intervention when projects begin to drift.
