With experience spanning residential rehabilitation, procurement coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, systems optimization, and project operations, Morgan developed Sevin Enterprises to help contractors and project teams strengthen operational infrastructure while remaining grounded in the realities of construction execution.

Approximately four years ago, Morgan began developing a strong interest in artificial intelligence systems, workflow automation, and emerging operational technologies as they relate to construction management and business operations. As construction and administrative complexity continue to increase across the industry, Sevin Enterprises focuses on integrating practical operational systems, modern coordination tools, and evolving technology into real-world construction environments without losing connection to field execution and project realities.

The firm’s approach reflects the growing intersection between construction operations, systems development, workflow optimization, and technology-supported project coordination — an operational support role that has only recently begun to emerge within the construction industry as AI and automation capabilities rapidly evolve.

Morgan holds a Master of Science in Construction Management & Technology and maintains EPA 608 Universal and EPA RRP certifications. Current work focuses on operational support, rehabilitation coordination, field support, contractor systems development, and publicly supported construction and energy-efficiency initiatives throughout New York State.
